Blessings of the Balneary Bloc (ashcan edition)

An adventure for Troika! made for the TroikaCity Jam.

The faithful and the opportunistic gather in Troika’s famed bathhouse district, the Balneary Bloc, for the prophesized Second Coming of Orincas Unguentatus. Cultists, wizards, warriors, and you all hope to be the first to bring the god offerings, and in return, receive a divine boon. 

But is there more to it than meets the eye? Probably. You know how these things go.
